About Zambia
For independent travelers, Zambia is a challenge. Logistically navigating around this huge country is tough due to the crumbling roads. For those that do take it on, you’ll be rewarded with incredible wildlife and wilderness, most probably all to yourself. Want adventure? Join a rafting trip through the jaw-dropping rapids near Victoria Falls, a day you won’t soon forget.
The capital city Lusaka is vibrant and a great place to spend a few days to feel the buzz of the country. Then head out to Lake Kariba to slow down and relax for a few days. And of course, don’t miss the former capital, Livingstone which has become the travellers’ favourite. So much to see and do in Zambia.
