About Trinidad & Tobago
Trinidad has some beautiful rainforests and waterfalls just ready for hiking. The capital city, Port of Spain can be described as a gritty city, however, there are some beautiful old colonial buildings worth discovering and some of the best street available in all of the Caribbean…and it’s really affordable. The cultural mix of Indians, Africans, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and Amerindian have provided these small islands with tasty cuisine. Trinidad is also home to Carnival, the biggest and best celebration in the region. Tobago, on the other hand, has everything you’d expect from a Caribbean island. Nice beaches, swaying palm trees yet it’s relatively unchanged by the tourist industry.
