  • Our cooking day begins with a visit to one of the local produces markets and to the “tortilla factory” in order to buy the fresh dough to cook our own corn tortillas, at the market we also buy the ingredients and spices for the dishes and salsas of the day, along the cooking class your master chef will provide a cultural and historical introduction about Mexico’s cuisine.

Our team will lead you through an authentic cultural and culinary experience of flavors and traditions; in a fun, smooth and professional way.

In our Mexican Cooking Class we share as much as possible of the Mexican different regional flavors, the indigenous ingredients and the history and traditions behind the dishes.

The Mexican Cooking Class will show you how to cook some dishes and salsas using some prehispanic cooking techniques and many of our own family’s recipes.  You will learn -hands-on- how to cook authentic Mexican food from scratch just like the the locals do.

In this class you will learn to cook and taste the recipes that are the favorite of the Mexican people to share on special occasions, such as: weddings, family reunions, birthday parties or holidays.

And the best of all: you eat what you cook during the class!

Let’s enjoy together the Flavors of Mexico and let’s make a toast saying “Salud” with Tequila or Mezcal !!!
